"We have never been to Sri Lanka before. We love everything here, but this Villa is beyond anything we have experienced before. The Villa is amazing, the rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean, but what strikes us the most is the service provided by Prabath and Ayesha. Nothing could be better they are extremely friendly and helpful, and their service is only extended by the food they prepared for us – Prawns, Calamari , Lobster , Salads of all kinds . Even Breakfast was outstanding. No more corn flakes for me!"

Thank you for having us we will recommend this villa to anybody interested in visiting Sri Lanka.

If only the boys could move to Australia and set us their own restaurant.

We had such a lovely time these past 3 days! The location is perfect, and the villa is stunning. Wow is that the beach is always empty!! It is like one of a postcard. Prabath and Ayesh took such good care of us, we were waited on hand & foot! The cooking sublime, those prawns and fried rice were out of this world, I also appreciate you looking on for my gluten allergy, not an easy task! Most of all thank you for your kindness, warmth, and hospitality, we love this country! We only wish that we could have stayed longer! Lots of love – you are always welcome in London.

This holiday was an absolute dream. One stay at the beautiful Nilaya and the hospitality of Prabath and Raj kumar will always remain special memory. It was just the most wonderful way to end our trip in Sri Lanka! Short but sweet and we wish we could stay much longer. The villa itself is beautiful and the clear divine. The ambience was so pleasant and inviting. It really is a place where anyone would relax and unwind. The staff Ayesh and Prabath were extremely attentive, Kind and friendly to our family. The kids loved the! It was so nice to have them around, they didn’t have much work to do as my kids have very small belly!!! We will definitely have a good memory of the villa and would love to come back again! We will recommend Nilaya Villa to our friends in Hong Kong. It really is a spectacular Villa. Thanks Again.

We came here because our family want a special spring festival. The first time I saw this Villa give me a doop impression, “This is my Dream House!”, Facing the sea, bloomy spring. First thank you I want to give this house. Here have 4 staff, Nod Path is very warm, he loved this house as his own, Ptah is not staff he is family. He smiles every time when we see him, No. 2 Prabath, Good Kitchener, he saved my father’s life. I have thanked him for a lifetime, the house boss have the staff like him is a great honor. Prabath, thank you very much! We love you! When we come back to China. I will introduce the villa to my friends I Know.

We had spent a great time at Villa Nilaya. The location is very calm and quiet. My family has experienced lovely time in the pool. The rooms and premises is very cleaned. We are very sad to see our holiday in Sri Lanka coming to an end. Our final stay has been at Villa Nilaya and we have had a wonderful stay. The design and décor are first rate. But what has made our stay practically wonderful, and relaxing is the work of Prabath and Ayesh who have been marvelous hosts. We had no idea quite what to expect from the staff thinking it was just away to make sure to Villa way clean and sap. But in actual fact they have added immensely to our experience. Helpful , courteous, Kind and attentive. The food had been amazing and the suggesting for transportations, messages and visits spotn. Thank you for wonderful stay!

Loved our stay at Villa Nillaya. The villa is beautiful , the open living room with the pool in the end is breathtaking. Prabath, Ayesh & Willmont took really good care of us with a great smile every day. They made us feel home. Thank you for that!

Some critics… The sea in the front is very rough in this tiwe of time of the year, this should be said while booking the Villa, as in the pictures the sea was calm. No electricity in the villa like this you should provide generator to avoid these problems, special with babies in the Villa. Internet doesn’t work properly; the package is limited. This should also be said specially in villa that says free Wi-Fi. Stoves wasn’t working properly either. Very hot water and cold water every second. Also, a problem specially with babies. In the end we loved our stay, this are some issues to help you being even better. We so have relaxed and happy! Beautiful thing! Thank you

When we arrived at the villa it was just something I would love to wake up to daily. Since I am from California I miss the ocean and the beach. The villa is beautifully done and maintained by the staff. Had a great time and spent an hix time here. Prabath and Ayesh are great assit as they make you feel as home and service with smile. Thanks to everyone at Villa Nilaya, we had an absolutely fantastic time, and it provided us with the relaxing break that we needed! We loved the beach o the second of the crashing waves as we socialized I slept, and the pool is so accessible a me temperature perfect.

One of the main highlights was the good food and service from Prabath y Aye sh. Wonderful curries , banana pancakes, chocolate brownies and everything they cooked to be honest. They even did meal especial for our little baby! Both were incredibly friendly a helped through much. We hope to return again in the not-too-distant future. Thank you again
